Do you inspect rented flats, or only homes for sale? +
Both. We work with buyers before purchase, tenants before moving in, and owners who simply want a health check on their own home.
What if I need a follow-up visit? +
If repairs were made or you'd like us to re-check specific points, a reinspection can be booked at the charges listed on the Pricing tab.
